End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Tobias Hjorth Rasmussen (we, us), governing your use of the buildX app. By downloading or using buildX, you agree to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use buildX on your personal devices for non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Terms

buildX offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions may be purchased on different platforms using different payment providers. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and are billed to your Apple ID account. On Android and other supported non-iOS platforms, subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase in the app. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

If you subscribed on iOS, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings. If you subscribed through Stripe on Android or another supported platform, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the purchase flow or account settings made available in buildX.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post in buildX, including workouts, exercises, notes, progress entries, profile content, and images, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the app.

You are responsible for all content you post. Do not upload anything illegal, offensive, abusive, misleading, or infringing on others' rights. buildX allows users to make profiles private and includes reporting and moderation features.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes hate speech, threats, harassment, nudity, violence, or illegal activities. Violations may result in content removal and/or immediate account termination.

6. Health Disclaimer

buildX provides workout planning, training logs, progress tracking, analytics, and related fitness tools for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use buildX at your own risk. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any exercise, nutrition, or recovery program.

7. Intellectual Property

All buildX branding, design, and content (excluding user submissions) are owned by Tobias Hjorth Rasmussen and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to buildX for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of buildX after changes means you accept the revised terms.
