End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Tobias Hjorth Rasmussen (we, us), governing your use of the buildX app. By downloading or using buildX, you agree to this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use buildX on your personal devices for non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Terms

buildX offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (e.g., workouts, exercises, images), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within buildX.

You are responsible for all content you post. Do not upload anything illegal, offensive, abusive, or infringing on others’ rights. buildX allows users to make profiles private, and offers reporting and moderation features.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes hate speech, threats, harassment, nudity, violence, or illegal activities. Violations may result in content removal and/or immediate account termination.

6. Health Disclaimer

buildX provides fitness tracking and workout planning tools for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice. You use buildX at your own risk. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property

All buildX branding, design, and content (excluding user submissions) are owned by Tobias Hjorth Rasmussen and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to buildX for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of buildX after changes means you accept the revised terms.
